Major Update to ALTER portal now live

The new ALTER portal has now been up and running for Cabrini users for a number of months, and while we're told you enjoyed the upgrade from the old text based and paper systems, we hear you that there have been some issues to resolve, and some changes to be made to streamline and speed up the ordering process.

 

We have been working hard to incorporate your feedback, and have now rolled out a major update we're calling Version 2 or 'V2' of the portal.

Some changes include:

  • A complete behind the scenes rebuild of the Portal to ALTER database connection
  • Linkages to allow for more thorough descriptions and specifications of items to help inform your order
  • Additional products from the ALTER warehouse, and new products as per requests
  • Additional information and graphics to help show when your delivery can be expected
  • Integration with upcoming 'Smart Logistics' including delivery notifications and more..

 

We will continue to roll out quality of life improvements, develop new features, and of course to squash any elusive bugs over the coming months.

 

First and foremost, this News section will be used to advise you of any important updates to the site, when new products are added, and to highlight some of the new features you may not yet be aware of.

You will see a red notification appear at the top right of the page whenever you have new or unread posts to view.

 

We encourage any and all feedback to be submitted via the 'Contact Us' button at the top of the page.  You can also email cabrini@alter.technology directly.

Especially valuable would be suggestions for new or missing products that should be added to the site to benefit your patients.
