Minor Pricing Variations
We at VHHE, and now ALTER, have prided ourselves at providing exceptional prices to Eastern Health and their patients throughout the last 3 years, we have been forced to adjust to ensure we do not compromise our level of service and continue to provide free same-day delivery within an extensive catchment.
Please be aware that as of Monday 21st of October, minor price changes to equipment ordered from ALTER will come into effect. These changes will be reflected on the ordering portal, below is a list of the most common purchased items by patients (i.e. bathroom and walking aids). All of us here at ALTER look forward to continuing to provide Patient Aids and Equipment for Eastern Health and its patients.
IMPORTANT: Any signage (or EH designed info sheets) placed in consignment or other areas detailing pricing may need to be updated.
