Cabrini Brighton equipment return point

Due to the distance of the Brighton campus from other Cabrini locations and ALTER itself, some common feedback received from staff and patients has included:

-The difficulty for Brighton patients to return hire equipment to Mount Waverley
-An unwillingness for patients to contribute to the cost of collecting this equipment via the standard collection fee

As a result, Brighton and ALTER have worked together to set up a small collection location just outside main reception.

Patients who have hired equipment from ALTER are welcome to use this location and drop off any smaller or low cost equipment such as Rollators, Shower chairs, and so on.

Please note that patients are required to report to main reception so their drop-off can be registered.  Patients may be charged if unregistered equipment goes missing.

Large or high cost equipment such as recliners or scooters must still be collected from the patient, or returned directly to ALTER.

The trial commences today, Wednesday the 9th of January - so please feel free to advise any applicable patients that this return facility is available.
